Introduction

Welcome to JadiKing8 (hereinafter referred to as "JadiKing8", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account with JadiKing8 at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

Account Registration

When registering for a JadiKing8 Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must notify JadiKing8 promptly of any material change to your registered details.

Identity Verification (KYC)

JadiKing8 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. The following documents are typically required for KYC completion:

• Government-issued photo identification: Valid Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's Licence, or Passport;
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, displaying your name and current address;

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. JadiKing8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. You must notify JadiKing8 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. JadiKing8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Terms of Use

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

JadiKing8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). JadiKing8 does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Minimum Transactions

Withdrawal Processing

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal. Applicable wagering multipliers are specified in each promotion's individual terms;

Betting Rules

All bets placed on the JadiKing8 platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. JadiKing8 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse any confirmed bet, except where explicitly permitted under the specific market rules applicable to the relevant event;
• Odds are subject to change at any time prior to a bet being confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled;
• In-play (live) betting markets operate in real time. Bets placed on in-play markets are accepted at the sole discretion of JadiKing8 and may be refused or voided where there is evidence of technical delay, latency, or irregular activity;

Maximum Payout Limits

Prohibited Conduct

JadiKing8's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the amount of Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arises.

JadiKing8 does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Force Majeure

JadiKing8 shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, government action, power failures, internet service disruptions, or cyberattacks.

Amendments to These Terms

JadiKing8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
